Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked and chilled white rice
  • 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 pcs large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes
  • 2. Prepare Rice Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the chilled rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable oil. Mix well to ensure the rice is evenly coated.
  • 3. Transfer to Pan: Lightly grease an oven-safe pan or dish that fits into your air fryer basket. Spread the rice mixture evenly in the pan
  • 4. First Air Fry: Place the pan into the preheated air fryer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • 5. Add Eggs: After 10 minutes, remove the pan and pour the beaten eggs over the rice. Stir gently to distribute the eggs throughout the rice
  • 6. Second Air Fry: Return the pan to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked and the rice is slightly crispy.
  • 7. Serve: Remove the pan from the air fryer. Garnish the fried rice with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
